Chances of being accpeted

Hi, I am currently a junior at a fairly high ranked high school in CT. I was wondering what my chances were being accpeted into the Newark campus at Rutgers.
I currently have a 3.13 weighted GPA and a 4.67 unweighted GPA. I am in the top 30% of my class. I haven't taken the official SATs yet, but from my practice test I'm predicted to have a score of 1764-1850. I am also predicteed to have a ACT score of 22-25.
I have been on varsity field hockey for three years, and will be on it again my senior year. I am involved in 2 community services clubs through my school.
I am wondering what my chances are being accepted. Also, if anyone has any advice to help my chances increase, it would be greatly appriciated. :)
Thank you!
