Does Rutgers give transfer credit for college courses taken in high school?

I called but they said you would only find out after enrolling at Rutgers. Trying to decide between summer courses at our community college, Rutgers Camden, Rowan, Drexel or Penn, to take during high school. The courses could be used to satisfy HS graduation requirements, but not necessarily. Has anyone out there had experience with this, or gotten a better answer from Rutgers when you asked?
