Transferring from MCC. When to apply and chances of getting in?

Hey. I've been browsing this forum and it seems like a great place to get some information. I've got a few questions and if someone can help answer them, i'd appreciate it. Here are my stats:

-44 credits, 3.53 GPA
-I've been on the dean's list two terms in a row
-I'm taking one full time semester of classes right now and need only 1 more term to graduate with an AA.

What are my chances of getting into the SAS? Should I apply now for the fall term of 2010? Since I only need one more semester to graduate with an AA degree, is there anyway to mention or convey that in the Rutgers admissions application?

Also, when applying to the SAS, does it make a difference what major or field of study you wish to pursue or does it all just lumped as "any major in the School of Arts and Sciences?" Thanks alot!
