    Calculate your CSU GPA https://secure.csumentor.edu/planning/high_school/gpa_calculator.asp
You can only use AP classes for the extra honors points. You have an excellent chance at an acceptance but you will receive little to no financisl aid as an OOS student. One question, since you might be a possible NMSF, why are you not looking at higher ranking schools??? SDSU is a great school but with your Stats there are so many other schools that would give you automatic scholarships and substantial financial aid? Are you sure you are not confusing SDSU with UC San Diego? Also, what is your intended major?

I'm trying to look at cheaper schools. And for my major- probably finance or business.

You realize that you will be paying around $30K/year for SDSU with little or no FA. Like I stated above, with your Stats you can find schools closer to home that are much cheaper.

OOS rates are pretty crazy for CSUs -and there's no financial aid. A SoCal private like USD or LMU might offer enough aid to make it cost significantly less than SDSU.
    Good luck.
