High stat applicant?

i know some high stat applicants get admitted in December according to previous years.
With my EI as 4730 with the SAT, does this make me a "high stat" applicant.
i am applying for business (finance)

    @andrewmdona: Yes, I would consider you a High stat applicant. However, if you do not hear in December, do not assume the worst. There have been High Stat applicants that did not hear until February/March these past 2 years so patience...
