2200 SAT score but will this EC make up for it?

I have a 2200 SAT superscored (710CR, 710M, 780 W), and I know this is a little low for HYPS, to which I plan on applying.

However, I created an organization with my friend named "HOPE" that sends supplies (including clothing, toys, other necessities, etc.) to an orphanage in Haiti that was affected by the earthquake in 2010 and an orphanage in Costa Rica. We have had many events both locally and nationally; for example, one of Havard's top feeder schools (across the country from where I am) is hosting an event for us next month. We've raised tons of stuff, blah blah blah. There's more but chem prevents me from thinking anymore :D!

So do you think that this EC would make up for the low SAT? Thanks everyone! :)
