Error in SAT scores send - will it hurt my chances?

flashbisuflashbisu Registered User Posts: 1 New Member
I just found out today that one of my SAT scores were not sent via Collegeboard to a top-tier university. Since I found my mistake just today, I submitted my scores through Collegeboard again, but I'm afraid that the late score-send will make a bad impression on the college.
Will this, somehow, hurt my chances to the school?

No adverse impact as long as you have already timely sent other SAT scores. If it is a college that requires all scores, and you have now provided them all, you will be fine. If it is a college that does not require all scores but you previously sent some scores, then the worst that can happen is that the new scores might not be considered if they are better than the ones altready provided becuase it may be too late for them to be considered.
