Is it worth reporting a 19 on the New SAT essay to highly selective colleges?

For colleges where the SAT essay section is optional, is a 19 a sufficiently good score to be worth reporting on common app? I took the SAT twice: the first time scoring 1500 with a 19 on the essay and the second time scoring 1590 without taking the essay. Would it look better to just say I took the SAT once and report the higher score, or to say I took it twice to be able to include the essay score?
