College Board cancels SAT exams, may modify AP exam amid coronavirus concerns

"The next session of SAT exams is canceled amid coronavirus concerns, the College Board announced Monday.

The college admissions exam was scheduled to take place May 2. Officials said they’ll offer another session of the test 'as soon as feasible.'

The last administration of the exam was March 14. The next scheduled test is for June 6 — which officials haven’t canceled. Students scheduled to take the test on May 2 will get refunded.

Advanced Placement exams, which are also run by the College Board, are still scheduled for mid-May — a subject of great concern for teachers and students stranded from class as schools shut down." ...
