Grade Conversion

Hey everybody! May I please know what how my grades are to be converted from percentage over 100 into GPA? I currently am studying at the American University of Beirut which is established as a regionally accredited university in the US, so how are my grades going to be converted? At the university there is a grade conversion chart, in which my GPA is around a 3.6 (An 86 out of 100). Would they consider this as my final GPA or are they to convert it again?
Thanks :)
