    All of them are good schools, including our DO school. I don't know exactly what you mean by strong but if you mean USNews ranking in Research, general reputation, and stats of the students you'd find Southwestern at the top of the state schools and then UTHSC-Houston, UT-MB, and UTHSC-San Antonio clustered together. Depends on what you want. The two Texas Tech schools , A+M , or UNT could be better choices for some students with a somewhat greater primary care focus.
