Questions on submitting a website through the Stanford Arts Supplement

Hi everyone! This is my first post :)

I'm thinking to submit a website through the Stanford Arts Supplement but I had a few questions before I actually begin designing and implementing the site.

1. Who actually looks at/"grades" the website supplements?
2. Could you give me an idea of what Stanford looks for in a website? Is it elegant design? (It is an arts supplement after all.) Is it a unique feature? user friendliness?

Thanks for your time. Any input would be appreciated.

PS This is not going to be a website that showcases my dancing/photography/singing etc. It will be submitted under the " Video, Digital Media, and Electronic Arts" category of the arts supplement.
