International student looking for help

Hey guys,
I'm new to the forums, so I hope this is the right place to post. I was born and raised in San Jose for 13 years and I moved with my family to Israel before eighth grade. I am studying independently for the SAT and my practice test scores are around M800, CR700, WR750. My matriculation test scores (these are similar to finals I think) average at around 97. I am top 5% in my grade, if not top 2%. I run a website design business on the side.
Frankly put, do I even have a chance to be accepted to Stanford?
Thanks.
