Sending in a rec letter

Do you think I could still send in/fax a rec letter (I got one recently for my comm service) and it certainly does bring a new side to the table...

    Yeah, but it may be a bit late and they may be annoyed by it: if you got the e-mail from admissions they said they don't want letters unless they are on a national or international level.
