Comp Sci Research Programs for Sophomores?

So I'm a current sophomore looking to do research this summer in computer science, specifically in quantum computing. I have looked at dozens of threads listing research programs and camps, but all of them are either for juniors and seniors, minority students (I'm caucasian), or they don't offer research in computer science. Does anyone know of any programs offering research in computer science that would accept a sophomore? I will be 16 by summer and money is not an issue. thanks!
