Leadership Interview General Question

mabsjenbu123mabsjenbu123 Registered User Posts: 2,770 Senior Member
I am being interviewed to represent my school for a Leadership Seminar/Program. One of the questions I will be asked is "Why do you want to be a leader?"
How should I approach this question. I don't want to give a trite answer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
