Thoughts on new major in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity?

I'm curious about this major. My S18 is looking for a school with a strong cybersecurity program. He's mostly focused on schools in the Washington DC area, but this program sounds intriguing. Looking through earlier comments, it seems Albany has not been particularly known for CS in the past. Any sense yet of whether this major will make people take a new look at Albany CS majors? He is also wanting to double major in business, so input on that major is also welcome!
