Best meal plan for upperclassmen?

What is the best meal plan for upperclassmen transfer students? I'm deciding between the Resident Block 90 and the annual Upperclassmen Dining Dollars ($950). I was originally thinking about taking the $950 dining dollars annual plan and adding more funds if I ran out, but I'm not sure if that's enough either especially since it's an annual plan. There's also the upperclassmen resident plan with 20 meals and $350 dining dollars a semester but 20 meals seems like nothing. Which would you guys choose?

I just want a good meal plan with enough meals (not too many), and I'm also keeping in mind that I'll be buying from the on campus shops and eating out as well.

**Edit** Also two questions, 1) I heard lunch isn't part of the meal plans? Does that mean we can't enter the dining hall at all during those hours and would have to buy food off campus/from those on campus places like the Chinese take out store? 2) Can we pay for food at the on campus shops using dining dollars or are dining dollars only reserved for like the dining hall?

I'm going to assume you are not in an apartment - if you were, dining dollars makes the most sense since you can buy groceries at the on campus shops with that. It's not that lunch isn't included - they are just making the assumption that you are not in a dining hall for lunch since they expect you to be between classes, i.e. eating at a caf

Are you going to eat at dining hall regularly?
If yes, Resident Block 90 would make sense.

Yes I'm dorming and I most likely will be in the dining halls regularly since it'll be my first semester.
