Chances at acceptance Computer Science

Hi, I'm going to be applying to SB for Fall 2016 with a preferred major of Computer Science. My High School is Brooklyn Technical HS.
Here are my grades/tests:
SAT: 2040 total/1420 @1600 scale ( 770 Reading, 650 Math, 620 Writing)
SAT2: 780 US History , 760 Biology
GPA: 90.6 Unweighted ( English: 95.4, History: 99.2, Science 88, Math: 84)
AP Classes taken: AP Chemistry, AP World History, AP Physics, AP US History, AP Biology, AP Calculus
I did poorly in AP Physics and currently AP Calculus.
Summer job, volunteering, Science Olympiad-- competed in city wide and state wide competitions, 1 award.
Would my relatively low math performance hurt my chances at acceptance into computer science major?
Thanks for your help :)
