So my guidance counselor as strongly suggested to me NOT to apply ED to any school for the possible risks of: being "blacklisted", not being able to get the best financial aid package, etc. However, I really REALLY want to get accepted to SU. I have applied to other places, but I don't feel the same about those schools as I do for SU. So, by applying ED II and doing an interview I will show my interest and passion for attending this school. I am honestly at a crossroads. What do you guys think? Should I follow my passion despite the risks, or should I stay safe and just go RD like my counselor says? Help!

soooo, i know there is a disease presently afflicting american speech in which every SPOKEN sentence begins with so. did you start every sentence with so in your essay? so there is no blacklist. so i would not worry, go for it. so if you can pay the full freight it will be so easy for them to attend. your odds? so-so
