^^off topic tastycles, but wanted to ask that from my school( or city rather) will be applying for US univs, so will that go against me or me being ranked 2/234 in my class and national TT player would balance the odds??

sorry, there should be a no in between.
it should be like this:
but wanted to ask that from my
school( or city rather) "no one "will be applying for US univs

My SAT Scores and my EC's are pretty good. Only my school grades are a little below average.

Your rank is excellent irrespective of EC's. You should try getting recruited for TT if at all possible.

^^alas, there is no college that recruits for TT.
But, I am sure that colleges will think of it as a great EC.

mrinal, thought you're a squasher?

if you're still interested in squash recruiting, go back to your thread on athletic forum. i know quite a bit about the subject....

^^played squash too, left in 10th.
not many opportunities in my state.

too bad. i responded to your post on athletic thread. lots of good squash at ivies and top nescacs. do you still have a ranking?

Oh, I dont play tt. Im a state level basketball player.

Is 88% in 11th hallf yearlies and cumulative 92% in 11th finals good enough for the ivies? I topped 11th std.

^^That is an excellent score :D

anything above 90 is fine even for Ivies. Just maintain these grades! An ascending Grade Curve is preferable!

I got my results today, final percentage is 90%.
Thanks for your feedback.

Lol, there's an athletics forum? can't find it. :P

Do they look at our 11th percentages? I contacted a admission officer in University of Michigan and they told me that they only take X board marks and XII predicted scores into consideration while giving admission.

Do international students have to submit Mid term report or only the International Supplement?
