are these numbers competitive.

Will these numbers put me in the pool of qualified candidates for a top-tier school like MIT or Yale?

SAT 690 V, 800 M, 700 W (retaking in October and should break 700 for verbal)
GPA 4.0 Unweighted
SAT II 800 Math IIC, 740 US History, 690 Physics (Misbubbled physics or something, I'm retaking it and will get an 800 in November)
AP: Chemistry - 4, Calc BC - 5, US History - 5, Physics B - 5, English Language - 5

I've got the extracurriculars, don't worry :D, I just want to know if these numbers will make me a viable candidate despite the low verbal, writing and physics

Your current numbers make you about an average applicant at HPYS and the other Ivies. Figure you'd have between an 8 to 25% chance depending on where you apply. At MIT, however, you'd be a slightly below average applicant. Figure about a 10% chance there.

Not even close. 25% at HYP is truly insane. With a 700 verbal and the SATIIs, less than average chance so under 10%
