Good Ecs and Recs

UC Berkeley- High Match
UCLA- High Match

However, you will probably need more EC for better chances.

I have countless activities and leadership positions. I worry more about my scores and also the fact that I am an out-of-state applicant.

The UCs do not take recs. OOS admission has been relaxed in recent years due to budget issues. UCLA admissions data found on their website is extremely detailed, much more so than any other school I know of, and show the admit rate of OOS exceeding that of in-staters in recent years. Even I am surprised that this year 34 percent of OOS were admitted compared to 18 percent of in- staters.

Cal - high match
LA - low match

UCLA: match
UCB: match
your scores are fine. UCs look mostly at GPA, and I’m assuming your unweighted GPA is above 3.9. If it is, you have excellent chances

Thanks guys! Can someone also chance for USC please? Lol
