I think my GPA is a hurt.I moved there just for a year.I cannot thake Honor or AP class about English and social Science.</p>

<p>UCLA AND UCB is extremely competitive. i dunno if they will take such circumstances as excuses. they just have TOO many applicants</p>

<p>Berkeley and UCLA aren’t that competitive. My friend got in with an 1150 (old score) and a really good GPA and great EC’s. I’m not familiar with students with your circumstances</p>
<p>A guy 36 years old transfered to UCLA Eco major. He worked in Chinese restaurant for more than ten years. Another got in UCSD 34 years old.</p>
<p>How can you get an 800 on the SAT II Math IIc but only a 690 on the SAT I Math? :rolleyes:</p>
