PSU: High match (did you try the ACT?)

@Catria No I haven’t. My SAT score is the only thing that might not help me in getting accepted to University Park.

The college in interested in is Penn State for the University Park Campus.

I already said this to you-
Penn state has a policy where they review 2/3rd of your GPA which is excellent and 1/3 sat/act…

I’m quite sure with your EC’s and rank they’ll overlook your test scores…
Just to be on the safer side send them an email that you’re willing to do the summer session.

According to the bubblechart, you’ll be in consideration for Penn state UP, eveven with that test score, but as ^said, apply to start in the summer session and you’re sure to be admitted. Especially if you might minor in Italian :).
Now, you’re an OOS applicant: do your parents have the $45,000/year (no financial aid)? If not, you’ll need to find other colleges, unfortunately.
