<p>Assuming that everything else is perfect (tons of ECs, leadership, most rigorous courseload, community service, etc.), and one has a 30 on the ACT with a 12 on the writing, as well as a sibling attending Penn, what are chances of acceptance? Also assume that everything on the application is perfect (recs, essays, etc.) One more thing to consider: horribly low AP scores in 4 AP classes.</p>
