<p>My Stats:</p>
<p>UW-GPA: 3.65 (may possibly go to 3.7)
ACT: 29
EC’s: President of Speech and Debate Club
part of the National Forensics League for Speech and Debate
won the Silvercord Award for 400 hours of volunteer hours (includes working at the hospital, tutoring people in science, working as a TA for Honors Biology, etc)
doing a job shadow at the hospital in a micobiology lab
doing an internship at the hospital at the end of senior year</p>
<p>Will apply for financial Aid.
Planned major: Biology
Should be able to get good recommendations.</p>
<p>Might look at Holy Cross-very good biology and the school gives good financial aid. HC has very nice campus 1 hour from Boston. Holy Cross(don’t have to b religious) has January 15th application due date. HC also has one of the best alumni networks for job placement and is highly ranked by Forbes, Kiplingers, and CNBC Payscale study. HC more like Wake Forest.</p>
<p>So, uh… Holy Cross? What the hell does that have to do with anything? Everyone on this website has allegiances with colleges – we don’t need to hear your allegiance in every post. </p>
<p>Anyways, it’s a good list, with a nice range of targets and safeties. You’re in at Iowa, and I’d feel good about BU and Case. The rest are question marks, but you might luck out – who knows.</p>
