What additional information can you offer? Any other extra-curriculars? Class rank? Subject Test scores? Location? Competitiveness of high school? Race/ethnicity (unless you intend to omit)?

It'll be tough. Your grades are great and being on varsity for two sports is considered good (are you planning to continue either of these? That could help.)
Do you have any volunteer work? One EC and in senior year will hurt your app. They want people who are involved in the community and sports are generally not enough.
Last thing... definitely send ACT, NOT SAT. Your ACT is much better than your SAT, it will help.

well i already sent both test scores haha...
but my ec we the people was effing ridiculous. 15 hrs/wk for 20 weeks. Do you think that'll help at all?

something just dawned on me, there isn't a whole lot of personality on there forums......
i think i like my chances if i have to compete with robots like you people

^ If he's good enough, the OP could potentially get recruited for football. That's what happened to a guy at my school -- his only extracurricular was soccer, yet he was accepted to Yale because they recruited him. :)

I'm sorry heyo but I agree with most other people on this thread, with the lack of community service I think you have a pretty low chance at Yale. Your gpa and ACT are excellent, but there are a lot of academically qualified applicants applying to Yale. Good EC's (including community service and volunteer work) are practically a requirement for admission into any ivy league school.

I disagree with wcsccsmc you didn't have to get lucky to get into UCLA.

You have a very low chance, to be honest. As already said, your lack of ECs and community service hurt you. Your scores didn't help. Still, good luck! :)
