Are there any good liberal arts colleges with aid for International students in or near Hayward, CA.

My uncle lives in Hayward and if I can get even a partial tuition waiver, It will really reduce the cost since I can live in my uncle's house and save all other costs live hostel, food, books ect...

The residential experience is a big part of going to a liberal arts college. If money is an issue and you're willing to give up the residential experience, I'd look at other options.
