<p>Considering the in-state tuition, UNC is probably your best bet.</p>

<p>Consider a dual major with something more marketable than the three fields you named. Like education, business, biology. Three fields you named are a lot of fun. It is important to follow your passions. But, the job market is tough in these areas.</p>

<p>I would go to UNC over these, unless you are 100% committed to at then RISD. Haverford has a better reputation, but not tremendously so. Going there would be more of a lifestyle choice than anything.</p>
