<p>I’m currently a student at a community college and will be transfering to CSULA in the fall quarter. I took 2 years off and need to catch up in order to send out my applications to graduate school on time for next year (I’m a pre-dent) Two questions:</p>
<p>As a lower division transfer will I get a bad registration date just like the rest of the freshman class, or will the school consider my coursework at my CC and give me higher priority?</p>
<p>I don’t know if I can complete my prereqs on time to apply to dental school next year because I need to take a full year of chem and Ochem in only 4 quarters. I’m not sure but I’ve heard that each sequence is 3 quarters which means I can’t apply on time. I was wondering if schools on the quarter system generally have accelerated classes that take maybe 2 quarters instead of 3.</p>
