I am a current 9th grader, I visited a legal aid office and got to know the people there. I want to be a lawyer in the future, does anyone know of something that I could do with this legal aid office relationship that would look on my college application?

Most any kind of experience will be valuable. That could be shadowing a lawyer or paralegal, doing grunt work like pulling staples or sweeping the sidewalk, or serving somehow like watching clients’ kids while they talk to a lawyer. Even if you end up deciding not to be a lawyer by the time you’re applying to college, you’ll still be able to talk about how that experience taught you various lessons.

Good luck!

I know this is late, but I appreciate the comment, Jay.
