<p>Considering that the Ivys like to include financial aid information in acceptance packets, I would assume so. Unless you think that financial aid creates a packet for EVERYONE and ends up throwing out 85-90% of them.</p>

<p>doesn't make it difference, does it? whether decisions have been made or not I'm expecting a rejection anyway...</p>
