<p>I am supposedly the second person to hand in an application for transfer to the school that i want to go to online(application process opened about 24 hours ago). This is a big school too. I don’t know if it is for the major that i want to go for or just the school in general. Anyway, does literally being one of the first people to apply help?</p>
<p>It may get your application a more complete read. If your essays are stronger than your gpa/sat it will help you. If your gpa/sat is stronger than your essay it will hurt. If they just read the application with the rest it will have no effect.</p>
