<p>What exactly happens if you are accepted to a college ED and you refuse to go to it? Do they have any power to enforce it, and if so what are the penalties?</p>
<p>you wont get fined or penalized by the law, you just cant go to another college for a year </p>
<p>your guidance counselor wont send transcripts or anything to another school if you applied ed and got in as it would make their school look terrible and the college would be hesistant to accept more kids from the school</p>
