I need to know what schools to visit. Chance backs are guaranteed!

<p>Hi CC, I actually haven't posted in a while. I am now coming to the end of my sophomore year of HS, and my family and I are planning on taking a trip to visit colleges. I know which ones I amn interested in, but I don't know if I have even a chance. Last year my average was an 89, and this year it should come out to about an 84/85. I know it is a lot of work to get my average up, but I'm planning on buckling down next year and getting high 90's. I'm a good test taker (200 PSAT on my first shot) and have quite a few ECs under my belt. Do you think I could have solid chances at Tulane, Miami, USC, UFlorida and UGeorgia? Vanderbilt and Rice are my reaches if you want to share your opinions on those as well.

<p>All the schools you listed are possibilities and are worth visiting. None of the schools are completely out of the question.</p>

<p>You seem a good candidate for all of those schools. USC and Tulane I feel are going to be the ones you’ll like the most (most well known), and are also probably the hardest to get into. Make sure to visit them to see if you like their feel, as they both have unique feels (USC has an amazing amount of school spirit but is a very wet campus, Tulane is very social volunteer-y and preprofessional with a caring attitude).</p>

<p>Well I can’t chance you cause you didn’t give enough details, but based off of what you said I say you have a good chance. And visit them in terms of interest. </p>
