Is Carnagie Mellon attainable?

I just graduated junior year and now have a 4.15 GPA, which comes from straight A's in 9th and 10th grade but 5 B's junior year (this year all of my classes were IB, and thus +1 or +.5 GPA). For SAT's I scored Math: 800 CR:720 WR:680 which is 2200 on the 2400 scale, and 1520 on the 1600 scale. on SAT II's I scored Math II: 800 and Physics: 800. Are these grades and scores sufficient to get into Carnegie Mellon if I'm also an Eagle Scout and a leader on a competitive math team? Should I take another subject SAT? Please give me any suggestions you can to help my chances or let me know if I'm already out of the running due to my grades.

I can't be sure but are you applying to the Tech part of CMU? If so, you may have some problems...however, for the rest, you should be fine, concentrate on better grades Senior year just to clinch it
