the SAT is in about a week and i have sort of been preparing since mid summer. I attended a princeton review couse for about a month over summer. (3hr classes 2-3 times a week and practice test every 3 weeks) but since school has started i have found little time to study. Since the real test is coming up shortly is it worth trying to study alot during this week? Could it improve my score?

Thanks…

uh i dunno how you can possibly “study” for the SATs. Don’t “study”. Set aside three hours and take a pratice test just to get in the groove, so you’ll know what to expect on the test day. You should know whether that class was helpful or not based on your performance on the practice test.

Best of luck!

i’m in the same boat as you, nichols08. what my SAT teacher told me is to study and review, but don’t overdo it because you won’t end up remembering anything. =)

if it’s too much don’t worry about it. You might want to continue practicing just so you’ll feel more confident when you take it. (not because you’ll actually learn a lot, but because you’ll feel more ready and that little edge might help. That morning and friday night, I wouldn’t recommend studying much. If you tend to make careless mistakes in math then do 1 or 2 problems that morning, but DON"T check the answers.
