<p>He was a pamphleteer, so yes. Probably a good choice, since he’s important, but relatively obscure. If you can write knowledgeably about him as a HS student, you should be pretty impressive, at least compared to the average HS student who probably writes on far more well-known and/or contemporary figures.</p>
