<p>If im applying to ga tech with a 30 on my act and they dont ask for recommendations but you can submit one will it help me to have my math teacher write a loc to make up for my low act math score? (26) He taught me for pre cal and now ap calc. </p>

<p>Also, will it help to take subject tests if im only submitting my act? Or is it literally EITHER sat + two subject test or act?</p>

<p>You can always submit SAT2 scores disregarding you send ACT or SAT1 scores, but each school may value the scores differently. It will never hurt if you have good scores. For anything not required but allowed or recommended and it may help your application, you should try to do that.</p>
