Magic supplement help

I have been performing magic for 4 years. In school and for random people on the streets. Mostly card and coin tricks with some impromptu illusions. I have seen that many colleges allow URls as supplementary materials. So can I upload a video on youtube and give them the link. I am doubtful because magic can be performed in front of camera very easily joining separately filmed videos. So should I show them a trick that cannot be performed using a camera, like a force or something. Or should I make a how-to video so that they can see that I can do it. Please help

someone please help.

I think that is a really cool idea and that it will set you apart from the rest of the applicants. Show them a trick that cannot be easily done on camera.

make a rabbit pop out of your application folder, that’ll get em

pinklemonad: Thanks a lot, I think I’ll do a how to video so that they know that I know how to do it.
drummerdawg: Wish I could do it. I can visualize it. They would be reading my app. and a rabbit would jump out of it. Then they’ll surely think “Hmmn, we really need more rabbits around here, lets take this kid”.

Send in a video for sure! That would give you an upper hand on applicants who have the same credentials as you.

Thanks a lot crosee14, I’ll surely do that. Any advice on how long the video should be? How many tricks. Will 1 play of 2-3 tricks work fine??
