Bucknell (the only reach)
Pittsburgh
Penn State
Temple (safety)
West Virginia (safety)</p>

<p>Syracuse and Tulane are around your other colleges, maybe you should consider those. i dunno your stats or major though...</p>

<p>SAT: 590 CR/600 M/660 W from December, I'm waiting for scores from June 3rd, which should have the Reading and Math around 650. SAT II: took them in May, they were bad..highest was 680 US History</p>
<p>GPA: Kinda hard to say, because my school has it on the percent scale, so weighted I have a 98 GPA. That goes to about 3.7</p>
<p>I've got decent EC's but I won't list them all. Mostly music and theater stuff, student government, NHS, etc. </p>

<p>well tulane a syracuse are not far out of reach but are VERY good reaches.</p>
<p>American has really increased selectivity in the past 5 years and has zoomed through the US News rankings. Your GPA is decent for American, but your SATs a bit low. Apply early if it's your top choice. Pitt will be a bit of a reach as well.</p>
