Please "Chance" for different schools

Hi there, I'm a Class of 2013 public school senior at a rural high school in Mississippi. I will make it short and sweet and just ask to know what my chances are (reach, match, etc.) with getting accepted to these schools. Here we go:

Rural high school (Approx. 650 students)
Intended major: Music Education
GPA (unweighted): 4.0
GPA (weighted): 4.1 (took all APs and honors offered so far)
ACT: 28 (superscored ACT is 29; math: 27, English: 31)
Class Rank: 3/150 (Top 2%)
Haven't been on the site in a while. If I'm leaving something out, please let me know.

Universities in consideration:

University of North Texas (1st choice)
University of Texas at Austin
University of Southern Mississippi
Indiana University
University of Minnesota - Twin Cities
Louisiana State University

Any feedback at all would be great. Thanks!

North Texas - Match/safety
UT-Austin - Reach (OOS)
U Southern Miss - Match/safety
Indiana - Match
Minnesota - Match
LSU - Match/safety

Thank you, I was hoping for pretty much that exactly. Anymore feedback from anyone is very much appreciated.

What can you and your family afford to pay?

What is your EFC. You should consider that the minimum you will be expected to pay for college.

You mention that you are a potential music education major. Have you explored the talent based scholarships offered by the schools on your list? In which state do you want to have your initial certification? The rules for each state are slightly different, although many have reciprocity. Are you an instrumentalist or a vocalist? Are you looking for your initial certification to be in both vocal and instrumental or one or the other? Some states require certification in both areas, some in one or the other with the option of adding the certification in the other area.

If you have not already done so, you may want to post on the music majors forum.

My honest feedback - this list has to be rewritten.
If you are looking for scholarships with ACT 28 why does your list have so many OOS public universities that will not give you any financial aid?

If you need financial aid look for local public colleges in Mississippi.
