One more thing: I did an interview at W&M.
I plan to apply early action to UVA and UNC and regular decision to William and Mary, Middlebury, and the George Mason Honors College.

I appreciate any feedback, including any suggestions about other colleges I could apply to, preferably those on the East Coast.
Thank you!

Honestly, I think you have a strong chance at all of those schools, including William and Mary and Middlebury. In fact, I think you should apply to a couple more reaches! Maybe dartmouth? Tufts? Colgate?

Chance me back!

Thanks! I chanced you back. Anyone else want to chance me?

I think you have a great shot at all of your schools. Maybe apply to a few reaches! Good luck!!

You absolutely will get into these schools! I would try for a few reaches though! Duke maybe?

UVA and UNC and regular decision to William and Mary, Middlebury, and the George Mason Honors College.
UVA-definitely in
UNC-80% chance in my opinion
W&M-in
Middlebury-in
GMU Honors-defintiely in

agree might look at Duke as a reach, also might look at Holy Cross(don't have to be religious) -very nice campus 1 hour from Boston.

Def in UVA. awesome school grades. Decent SAT. I would go for UVA :)

I would say there is no doubt that you're in... I want to go to UVA, but I am out of state... so it scares me.

I think your in at all the schools you have listed. Definitely apply to some reahes as the above poster said. IVY league is in your range if you raise that SAT by 50-60 points. Good luck!

Chance me back?

Pretty much agree with what everyone else said. If you don't mind staying in state I would personally go to UVA, it's a great school and you have a solid 90% chance of getting in. No problem in the schools you listed, maybe be even more ambitious and try visiting some reaches as soon as you can.

pleasechanceme? Chances for Stanford / Wharton / few others - College Confidential

UVA-99% Chance
UNC-75% Chance
William & Mary-99% Chance
Middlebury-95% Chance
George Mason Honors College-100% Chance

I think you should apply to dartmouth and brown

You're in-state and hit everything W&M and UVA look for (the two schools I'm most familiar with), so I'd say you have a great chance of being accepted there. Your class rank and GPA is especially impressive, as well as your class rigor. The only problem is your extracurricular record; there only seems to be one leadership position.

I still say you're definitely getting in at all of them, with the exception of UNC (which is iffier).

Definitely.....
UVA
William and Mary
George Mason Honors

Do you want a big school or a smaller school?

Great academics, great SAT, great class rigor. You have a great chance of getting into UVA and W&M. UNC is so tough on OSS, though. Your extracurricular activities are a little weak. You have a great chance of getting into UVA and W&M. UNC is so tough on OSS, though, so that's a little iffy.

I honestly think you have a good chance at all of your schools. Your scores & extracurricular are fantastic.

Your list is very realistic. If you truly would love going to any one of those schools... awesome! You may want to look at some "dream schools" - schools you would love to go to, if you could possibly get in. Judging solely on your stats and what you have listed above, I believe that you are a competitive candidate...definitely worth applying to a few reaches!

I agree with everyone else, definitely UVA and W&M, and a really good shot at UNC. Your grades and class rigor is amazing. I think with your stats you could look at ivys as well like Brown, Cornell, Penn. Do you know what you want to major in?

Great chances at all schools you plan to apply to :) Maybe consider UCs, as they love out of state students at the moment, even if you prefer East Coast
