<p>Hello, I submitted my app on Nov 3rd, but everything else reached on the 27th. I know at U of Mich the earlier you apply the better so I am wondering, will my application be considered like Nov 3rd app, or 27th? because I really want to go to U of MIch, and my scores are not extraordinary (1350) with top 5% in class.</p>
