SAT Math Score, admissions at UNCW?

I took my first SAT in December '09 (CR- 600, M-540, W-620), and then my second in March '10 (CR- 620, M-540, W-610).

I applied to UNCW early decision and still haven't heard back yet... but in the meantime my curiosity is getting the best of me.

My math score on the SAT wasn't stunning. However, since I scored the 540, I've taken one college level math class (Statistics) and got an A. I am also enrolled in college PreCal for the spring, and according to RatemyProfessor.com my prof is really dedicated to helping students understand the material and the class is fun, educational, & not all that difficult. So I'm predicting that I will get an A in that course as well.

What I'm wondering is how taking the college-level math courses (& getting good grades) will help my admission chances. What do you guys think?

Bumpbumpbump

bump! can anyone else help?
