In order for you to tell me why D had to pay upfront yesterday for an office visit, you will have to mail a form to the address on record (mine), I will have to scan it and email it to her, she will have to sign it then mail it to your billing office. Then you say it will take a few weeks for the permission to be added to her file. This despite the fact that while she was in the office she signed the forms allowing me to discuss her care. “That was for the office. That form doesn’t get sent to billing. We need our own copy of the form.” “Is the form available online?” “No. We need to mail it.”
Well, that was misleading. “50% off the entire store” apparently doesn’t mean “50% off the entire store.” It means “50% off full-price merchandise.”
Thank you Yale, New Haven, CT, or whoever it was that made it smooth and efficient for DS to vote today, after NJ had so badly bungled the mailing of his absentee ballot. Yay CT. Boo NJ.

You know what? It’s probably NOT a good idea on the day of your friend’s funeral…at the reception AFTER the funeral, mind you (reception held at your dead friend’s parents’ house)…to confront your dead friend’s sister about why the sister refused to let your friend see the sister’s daughter without another adult supervising…especially when that dear friend of yours died from alcoholism, drug addiction, and was homeless when she died. Get a clue. Don’t judge. Consider for ONCE that maybe your addict friend was LYING to you and maybe there was another side to the story.
And for God’s sake, if you’re going to confront someone, for the love of all that is good in this world, DON’T DO IT ON THE SAME DAY THAT YOUR FRIEND IS BEING BURIED!
