At our school, we have three exams: one in the winter, one in the spring, and one in the summer. Our spring exam’s in March/April, and it could have a significant effect on our marks. I was wondering that should your marks make a turn for the better, should you ask your counselor to send updated reports to all the schools that you applied to?

For most schools, it likely is not going to make a difference because most make all their admission decisions before you will be able to get that report to them. You might be able to do so for those who send out decisions end of March/early April if your scores can get there at least a week before decisions are sent out.
