<p>Of course, those scores under your circumstances are impressive. The question is how you will explain to them. Many applications reserves a writing space that allow you to write your situation and circumstances, such as your education in China, that affects you academically. This prevents you from wasting one of your personal statements to explain about this cause, if you don’t want to that is; I suspect most would certainly write about their dire circumstances in their essays since it’s an experience most applicants never had.</p>
