Is it possible for UCI to be sending out decisions based on school? No one from my school yet has heard back and every year multiple people get in. like last year 11 people got in ???

I think i’ll be rejected, in state social science major. some of my friends have aready been accepted but with biological science majors, i really want to get in irvine or sb, my only schools left besides berkley(lol). Have any social science majors in particular anthropology been accpeted. I want to accept bc im in state and haven’t heard back to be denied, but i don’t want to lose hope at the same time.
Accepted so far: csuf, csulb,slo, ucr, ucsc
denied: sdsu, ucla, ucsd, ucd
still waiting: ucsb, uci, ucb

I have friends from multiple schools that have not gotten anything back yet but there have been admits at their schools.

Like I said before, don’t lose hope. Not a single social science major has posted on here whether they were accepted or rejected. I do not believe they have released any yet, especially since social science is not extremely impacted at Irvine.
@klp777 that gives me some hope, but doesnt irvine release on a rolling admissions. with in state acceptances first, oos acceptances, then international, and last waitlist and rejects?
@klp777 and also not everyone posts their acceptances and etc here so your theory may be true but there is still room for speculation.
@bigboyyak it sucks i just wanted to get in one more school, lol. where is your top choice hopefully. and where would you go based off acceptances right now

ive lost all hope at this point tbh… a lot of people got into my major already. but then most of them had lower stats than me so… ughg hghhh h
